In this diversity action, Castle Fabrics, Inc. (Castle), a Tennessee corporation, sues Fortune Furniture Manufacturers, Inc. (Fortune), a Mississippi corporation, for $23,088.90 plus accrued interest for unpaid invoices of upholstery fabrics shipped by Castle to Fortune.
