This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing the plaintiff-appellant, Josephine Mercurdo's (hereafter plaintiff) medical malpractice complaint. The complaint alleged that the defendant-respondent, Milwaukee County's (hereafter defendant) negligence in administering intravenous fluids caused second and third degree burns and disfigurement to plaintiff's left fore-arm.
