Appellant was convicted by a judge sitting without a jury of voluntary manslaughter and possession of an instrument of crime for the shooting death of Arthur Wesley.1 After Post-verdict motions were denied, he was sentenced to one and one-half to five years imprisonment on the manslaughter charge.
