Plaintiffs Archie's Steak House and Hansen Construction sued defendants Joe Rosenthal & Sons, Braunger Produce, Consolidated Foods, and Cunningham on theories of wrongful use of civil proceedings, abuse of process, and interference with prospective business advantage.
