This negligence action under the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, 33 U.S.C. §§ 901-50 (1970 & Supp. V 1975), has been submitted to the Court on a stipulation of facts. Under the stipulated facts, and on the authority of the opinion of this Court in Espinoza v. United States Lines, Inc., 444 F.Supp. 405
