Appellant, Reginald Culmer, was tried and convicted in a nonjury trial of murder in the second degree, and of violation of the Uniform Firearms Act, Act of Dec. 6, 1972, P.L. 1482, No. 334, § 1 et seq., 18 C.P.S.A. 6101 et seq.
