Hubert Neal, a building contractor, built a dwelling house for Tom and Carolyn Jones. He purchased materials to use in the construction from E. C. Barton & Company d/b/a Eudora Lumber Company, and for use on other construction jobs, one of which was a dwelling house for Bobby Stepp on a lot adjacent to that on which the Jones house was built.
