In 1974 the appellant, a residential contractor, built a $60,000 home in Harrison for the appellees, pursuant to plans and specifications furnished by them. After the Ledbetters had occupied the house for a few months several comparatively minor defects developed. The defects were not corrected to the satisfaction of the Ledbetters, who eventually brought this suit against the contractor for damages. Dixon's appeal
