In this workmen's compensation case, appellant Russell Sikes, a resident of Obion County, was injured while working for the Colonial Rubber Company in Dyer County. Sikes alleges that he is completely disabled as a result of a fall that injured his legs and aggravated a preexisting but dormant arthritic condition.
