("Shulman") from a summary judgment in the amount of $8,346.62 entered in a subrogation action brought by consignee's insurance carrier, Hanover Insurance Company ("Hanover"), for damages caused to a C-45 Bliss Press during shipment from New York, New York to San Juan, Puerto Rico.
