N.J. KAUFMAN, J.

Defendant was convicted of one count of possession with intent to deliver marijuana and one count of possession with intent to deliver phencyclidine, in accordance with MCL 335.341(1); MSA 18.1070(41)(1). Sentenced to three years probation (the first 90 days to be spent in jail) and assessed $500 in costs, defendant appeals, raising numerous issues.
