Brent A. Turnipseed was charged by bill of information with possession of marijuana, a violation of R.S. 40:966. The marijuana found in his possession was seized in the execution of a search warrant issued upon the affidavit of an East Baton Rouge Sheriff's deputy relating information secured from an unnamed informant.
