We granted the state's application for a writ of certiorari in Bilbo v. State, 142 Ga.App. 716 (236 S.E.2d 847) (1977), because of an apparent inconsistency with our decision in Lawson v. State, 236 Ga. 770 (225 S.E.2d 258) (1976). We reverse.
