Code 1973, §§ 22-1801(a), -3202; armed robbery, D.C.Code 1973, §§ 22-2901, -3202; assault with intent to commit robbery while armed, D.C.Code 1973, § 22-501; and two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, D.C.Code 1973, § 22-502.1 Subsequently, he was sentenced to concurrent terms of incarceration of 15 to 45...
