Appellant William A. Patterson appeals from a judgment entered in the circuit court of the City of St. Louis finding him guilty of burglary in the first degree, attempted rape, robbery in the first degree by means of a dangerous and deadly weapon, and carrying a concealed weapon. The trial court sentenced appellant to a term of twenty (20) years imprisonment for the burglary, twenty (20) years for the attempted rape, thirty (30) years for the robbery...
