OPINION

ROBERTS, Justice.

While representing a defendant accused of rape, statutory rape, and corruption of a minor, appellant Bruce Sagel, Esquire, was twice summarily held in criminal contempt. The trial court, Judge James T. McDermott, fined appellant $200 for the first offense and $50 for the second. Appellant contends that his contempt convictions are not supported by sufficient evidence.1...
