After further consideration of the decision in Yield, Inc. v. City of Atlanta, 144 Ga.App. 637 (242 S.E.2d 478) (1978), this court has decided that the writ of certiorari was improvidently granted.

Writ dismissed. All the Justices concur, except Nichols, C. J., and Hill, J., who dissent.
