PETERSON, Justice.

The Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals denied compensation to relator, a state employee, who was injured when she fell on a public sidewalk close to her place of employment, holding that because her injury did not occur on her employer's premises, she did not sustain an injury arising out of and in the course of employment. Relator seeks review by writ of certiorari. We affirm.
