District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

September 19, 1978.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

John D. Buchanan, Jr., of Henry, Buchanan, Mick & English, Tallahassee, for appellant.

Jim L. Dye of Dye & Thrasher, Mark H. Rodman, Tallahassee, for appellees.

PER CURIAM.

Upon considering the briefs, the record and oral argument, we affirm the judgment of the trial court which found that the appellees were discharged by payment of the original note executed by the parties. Accordingly, the final judgment is affirmed.
