Appellant Gregory Sykes appeals from a judgment entered in the circuit court of St. Louis County upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of two counts of robbery in the first degree by means of a dangerous and deadly weapon, §§ 560.120, 560.135, RSMo 1969. Appellant was sentenced to five (5) years imprisonment on Count I and five (5) years imprisonment on Count II, said terms to run consecutively...
