Defendant was found guilty by a district court jury of the gross misdemeanor charge of obstructing an arrest, Minn. St. 609.50,1 and was sentenced by the trial court to a 1-year jail term. Because of the combined prejudicial effect of the erroneous admission of certain evidence by the trial court and the inadequate and possibly misleading instructions by the trial court, we reverse...
