Within the time allowed for a peremptory challenge of a judge under AS 22.20.022 and Criminal Rule 25, James Wamser challenged Judge James A. Hanson for cause under AS 22.20.0201 and attempted to reserve the right to peremptorily challenge Judge Hanson in the event that the challenge for cause was denied.
