DOUGLAS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for possession of marihuana. The jury assessed punishment at seven years, probated.

At approximately three o'clock in the morning of November 12, 1971, Houston Police Officers Miller and Trumble observed appellant's automobile slowly enter Dowling Street.
