Re Nae Wren was found guilty by a jury of the crime of negligent homicide in violation of AS 11.15.080.1 She appeals, contending that the trial court erred: (1) by refusing to instruct the jury that the negligence of the deceased could be considered in determining whether Wren was culpably negligent; and (2) by denying Wren's proposed jury instructions...
