McNEILLY, Justice:

Defendants were charged with possession with intent to deliver a non-narcotic Schedule I controlled substance, marijuana, in violation of 16 Del.C. § 4752; defendant Poli was separately charged with possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony (11 Del.C. § 1447). The Superior Court granted defendants' motion to suppress certain physical evidence, including the marijuana, seized by Drug Enforcement Agents...
