MEMORANDUM

MERHIGE, District Judge.

The instant cause is one in which Bobby Carl Inge, a Virginia prisoner presently on parole seeks a writ of habeas corpus. Jurisdiction of the Court is attained pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 2254, 2241(a).
