This is a diversity action alleging that the negligence of the driver of a bus owned by the defendant, Greyhound Lines, Inc., caused damages to the plaintiffs. On December 16, 1974 plaintiffs Pax and Denese Moren were passengers on a bus which had an accident in the vicinity of Minden, New York.
