The defendant was indicted for armed robbery, G.L.c. 265, § 17, and was found guilty after a jury trial. He appealed under the Frovisions of G.L.c. 278, §§ 33A-33G. We transferred the case here from the Appeals Court on our own motion. G.L.c. 211A, § 10 (A).
