This is a wrongful death action by the plaintiff mother of a deceased man against a defendant farmer, wherein the plaintiff alleged that the proximate cause of the death was the negligence of the defendant because defendant failed to warn the deceased of the danger of entering a grain bin alone while grain is being removed. At jury trial and upon the motion of the defendant, the trial judge directed a verdict against the plaintiff and dismissed...
