Ivan W. Treadwell was found guilty of aggravated robbery (K.S.A. 21-3427). The charge stemmed from a robbery at the Leahy Liquor Store in Wichita on November 4, 1976. Two men entered the store at 9:45 p.m. on that date and ordered Joseph Catron to put money in a sack. The taller of the two men held a gun on Mr. Catron while he turned over $344.00 in currency.
