This appeal is from the Circuit Court of Harrison County, Mississippi. Appellee, Rollie Jones (plaintiff below), secured a jury verdict and judgment thereon in the sum of $135,000 against appellant.

The declaration of appellee charged that on June 11, 1974, his physician prescribed a drug known as "Ethatab." It is then charged that the pharmacist who prepared the drug called for in the prescription negligently substituted ...
