This is an action by plaintiff to recover damages arising from an automobile accident allegedly the result of negligence by the defendant, Anne Marie Sorensen, and imputed to the defendant, Reuben S. Sorensen, under the family purpose doctrine. Trial was to a jury. At the conclusion of all evidence the District Court, on plaintiff's motion, instructed the jury that the accident was proximately caused by the negligence of the defendants...
