Appellant was convicted of simple assault, terroristic threats, crimes committed with a firearm, and criminal conspiracy.1 One of appellant's contentions is that he was not brought to trial within 180 days as required by Rule 1100 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure.
