This is a Pro Se appeal filed by Dorothy M. Rigler, who petitioned the lower court for the right to intervene in an action to quiet title, under Pa.R.C.P., Rule 1061 b(4) brought by Plaintiff-Bank against defendants, the Bonaventures, to recover possession of real property following a judicial sale. Appellant's petition was denied without a hearing, and subsequently a writ of possession was issued and executed by the sheriff who dispossessed...
