DIGGES, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

The question presented for our determination in this equity action to set aside and cancel a deed is whether such an instrument can transfer title, through subsequent acknowledgment and delivery by the grantor, when the name of the grantor was actually placed on the document by another. We conclude that it can.
