The petitioner Mr. Thomas Lee Willis requested pro se this Court to entertain his application for the federal writ of habeas corpus. He is in the custody of the respondent warden pursuant to the judgment of May 26, 1977 of the Criminal Court of Sullivan County, Tennessee resulting from his bargained plea of guilty to the crime of grand larceny.
