Louis Morris Stevens was killed on October 21, 1973, when the automobile he was driving crashed into a bridge abutment. He was insured in event of accidental death by the Travelers Insurance Company, Respondent here, through membership in the Exxon Travel Club, Inc. A beneficiary was not named in the policy.
