Karl E. Kohler, William E. Daniels and Ralph G. Louk own a parcel of land in the Town of Vienna, containing approximately 12.17 acres, hereinafter referred to as the "Louk Tract". The land was formerly zoned RS-16, which permitted single-family detached residential 16,000 square foot lots.
