Defendant below was convicted, by jury, of knowingly and unlawfully selling for a consideration a regulated drug, marijuana, in violation of 18 V.S.A. § 4224(g). Upon appeal, he raises two main issues. He urges that the State failed to meet the burden of proving his predisposition to commit the crime, beyond a reasonable doubt, once he had introduced evidence of entrapment.
