This is an action for damages for breach of contract brought by the appellee, Gemini Construction Company, against the appellant, Hope Electric, Inc. The contract called for Gemini to perform certain construction and excavation work in connection with the installation of a new aircraft landing system at Lovell Field in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
