PER CURIAM.

A jury convicted defendant of delivery of LSD, MCLA 335.341(1)(b); MSA 18.1070(41)(1)(b). He was sentenced to 2 years probation. Defendant appeals as of right.

Defendant admitted that on July 24, 1975, he delivered LSD to police officer Jan Edwards of the Berrien County Metro Narcotics Unit at Island Park in Niles, Michigan. Pursuant to a motion to dismiss on the grounds of entrapment, a Turner hearing was held prior to trial. After listening...
