Victor Novak, appellant, brought this suit against Andre DeWied and A. DeWied Casing Company, appellees, for breach of a contract of employment, recovery of vacation pay and attorney's fees. At the conclusion of a trial to a jury, the court entered judgment on the verdict for appellant as to his claim for attorney's fees and recovery of vacation pay, but denied recovery under the terms of a written employee-shareholder agreement.
