This is a petition for certiorari to review a Superior Court judgment sustaining the action of the Board of Review of the City of Warwick (the board) in granting the application of George H. Dean, Inc.1 for an exception from the Warwick Zoning Ordinance. The writ issued, and pursuant thereto, all records pertinent to the matter have been certified to this court.
