This matter is before us on a second appeal by Hewing, contending that the Alaska Workmen's Compensation Board's award, affirmed by the superior court, inadequately compensates him for permanent disability sustained as a result of an August 5, 1969 industrial injury. Initially, the Board awarded Hewing compensation for 25 percent permanent partial disability based on a finding of "25% loss of the use of the man as a whole...
