Appellant-defendant Roosevelt Love was charged with the offense of second degree murder,1 but convicted by a jury of voluntary manslaughter.2 He was also convicted of two additional offenses of unlawfully carrying a firearm3 and aiming a weapon.4 Love was sentenced on March 1, 1977.

We find no reversible error and now...
