This is an appeal involving five consolidated Butler County Circuit Court suits, all of which were filed by certain utilities and a railroad to recover school district taxes paid under protest. The circuit found against plaintiffs-appellants and in favor of defendant-respondent Paul Hogg, collector of revenue of Butler County, and the school districts involved.
