This case primarily involves the sufficiency of publication service in a tax foreclosure sale.

The defendants, Martha Ellen Knight and Jack Knight, are mother and son. Martha Ellen Knight is the record owner of the real property involved in this action. Jack Knight owns no interest in the real property in question and claims no interest. He was apparently listed as a defendant in the tax foreclosure suit out of an abundance of caution.
