Plaintiff rendered services in its Emergency Room to defendant, Phillips, in the early morning hours of September 27, 1976. The services consisted of taking a brief medical history, simple physical examination procedures such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse beat and other similar routine tests, all of which was done in a period of approximately one-half hour.
