These appeals stem from a suit for the alleged wrongful death of Gertrude M. Hemphill. Plaintiff's decedent was a passenger in an auto being operated by Mary Loomis Gibson which collided with another auto driven by defendant Jeannette Kay Pittock. Defendant State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company was the purported insurer of Mary Loomis Gibson, deceased.
