This case arises out of a conviction for violation of RCW 69.50.401(a), unlawful possession of a dangerous drug with intent to deliver. The Court of Appeals, in an unpublished per curiam opinion, affirmed the conviction. State v. Charlton, 16 Wn.App. 1043 (1977). We granted discretionary review and reverse.
